Monitor securities and governance developments, apply AI tools to legal workflows, manage outside counsel, and advise cross-functional stakeholders. This fully remote role requires a senior corporate and securities lawyer with substantial public-company experience, strong judgment, and deadline-management skills.

Plan, forecast, and optimize hardware capacity for storage, compute, and network. Build predictive models and automated forecasting pipelines, monitor cluster performance, align cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance, and support procurement and deployment decisions to ensure scalable, cost-efficient platform reliability.
