The Digital Consulting Architect leads the design and delivery of ServiceNow Order Management solutions, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and optimizing workflows.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions: run discovery workshops, design scalable FSM architectures, lead implementations and integrations, support pre-sales scoping and SOWs, provide technical leadership to development teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Lead FP&A function, own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and reporting. Provide executive and board-level analysis for M&A, capital investments, and strategic decisions.
