Lead and scale Oura's global tax function across income, indirect, and transfer pricing tax matters. Own ASC 740 tax provision and SOX-compliant processes, manage audits and external advisors, drive tax-related enterprise projects and systems integrations, and support IPO readiness, M&A tax structuring, and cross-functional tax planning.
