Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops for enterprise application modernization. Analyze and document business processes, translate needs into user stories and functional requirements, create process maps, support UAT and solution validation, and maintain governance and SDLC documentation while collaborating with PMs, developers, and architects.

Build and maintain responsive Power Platform (canvas and model-driven) apps and Power Automate flows in a federal environment. Create PoCs/MVPs, integrate Dataverse and SharePoint, build connectors and gateways, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and validate solutions with stakeholders.

Perform hands-on data engineering to assess legacy sources, profile and cleanse data, design and run ETL/ELT migrations into Azure Government environments, validate and reconcile migrated data, implement data quality checks and basic governance, and prepare curated datasets for analytics (Power BI) while coordinating with application teams and producing contract deliverables.
