Lead and build the U.S. sales office, develop and execute U.S. sales strategy, drive technical business development, manage key accounts and CRM, and liaise with German engineering and production teams.

Support planning and executing business events across the Carolinas, manage member and event data in GlueUp CRM, assist member communications and marketing materials, handle administrative office tasks, track participation and basic event metrics, and provide on-site event coordination with occasional regional travel and evening/weekend availability.
