Lead Cloudinary’s global strategic partnership with Akamai to drive 10x growth by defining joint commercial strategies, executing a large-scale replatforming to Cloudinary with DAM capabilities, running pilots to production, recruiting and managing cross-functional teams, and achieving revenue and partnership KPIs.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Cloudinary's image, video and DAM solutions. Manage post-sales lifecycle, monitor usage and health metrics, run business reviews and success plans, support renewals and expansions, escalate and coordinate issue resolution, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
