Supports Community Managers in serving homeowners and managing HOA operations. Responsibilities include interpreting CC&Rs, handling compliance notices, conducting community inspections, processing architectural applications, maintaining records and calendars, preparing disclosure packages, taking meeting minutes, tracking compliance in VMS, and assisting with bids and homeowner orientations. The role requires strong administrative, organizational, communication, customer service, computer, and problem-resolution skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
