Owns the operational health, governance, and integrity of customer and prospect data across Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and related GTM systems. Responsibilities include data stewardship, deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, integration monitoring, synchronization troubleshooting, segmentation support, data-quality dashboards, process documentation, automation improvements, and audit support. Partners cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Data Engineering to enable reliable reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

Manage approximately 60 strategic accounts, owning renewals, contract negotiations, expansion opportunities, account health, and commercial strategy. Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, legal, finance, and deal desk teams to advance opportunities. Identify growth across divisions, mitigate renewal risks, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and build scalable sales processes in an autonomous, high-growth environment.

Own a portfolio of approximately 60 strategic accounts, leading renewals, contract negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Manage account health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies while collaborating with CSMs, Solutions Engineers, legal, finance, and deal desk teams. Build relationships across complex organizations, close large enterprise deals, and create scalable sales processes in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.

Own operational health, governance, and integrity of GTM customer and prospect data across Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase and integrated systems. Implement data quality programs, manage enrichment and integrations, troubleshoot sync failures, support segmentation and reporting, document standards, and enable scalable automation and AI workflows to support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics.

Drive technical pre-sales by partnering with Account Executives to perform technical discovery, demos, POCs, and RFP responses. Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering, create technical content, enable teams, and support smooth handoffs to post-sales for successful onboarding and adoption of Algolia solutions.

Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting. Build scalable models, support planning cycles and territory strategy, prepare executive reports, manage Salesforce governance, partner cross-functionally, and drive improvements to revenue processes and forecasting discipline.

Build and iterate on Growth product features and platforms to improve user activation and developer onboarding. Run A/B experiments, collaborate with Product and Design, write well-tested code, contribute to engineering best practices, and help scale event-driven infrastructure and growth tooling.
