Leads day-to-day IT operations for a distributed, multi-office organization supporting approximately 850 employees. Oversees help desk, infrastructure, systems administration, security, backups, vendors, budgets, technology projects, AI governance, documentation, and employee training. Partners with senior leadership and business teams on IT strategy, technology roadmaps, compliance, and growth initiatives. Requires hands-on administration of Microsoft cloud and endpoint environments, Windows infrastructure, networking, Azure, security tools, and IT service management platforms.

Support monthly financial processes across multiple entities: enter transactions, manage AR/AP, treasury tasks, reconcile accounts, generate invoices, handle deposits/mail, maintain data integrity, prepare month-end reports, and partner with teams and AI tools to resolve outstanding items.
