The Enterprise Architect will lead the data architecture function for Data Management, ensuring governance and best practices across data delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve data-driven objectives.

Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal middle-market P&C accounts to drive profitable growth. Negotiate pricing and terms with producers, manage catastrophe accumulation, ensure contract certainty and reinsurance placement, maintain policy documentation and files, support policy administration and credit control, and train junior staff. Market-facing role with broker meetings (20% travel).
