Manage Greenworks’ Tractor Supply national account, driving sales, profitability, P&L performance, forecasting, inventory, customer relationships, and strategic growth. Develop sales strategies, negotiate agreements, coordinate product development and merchandising initiatives, provide market feedback, oversee account visits and reporting, and collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, engineering, and product teams. The role also manages direct reports and requires travel to customer meetings and events.

Lead North America product marketing for Greenworks, setting product strategy, messaging, pricing, packaging, channel and roadmap. Drive product launches, P&L, consumer research, merchandising, partnerships and cross-functional alignment to grow retail, e-commerce and commercial markets.
