Leads Docker’s Forward Deployed Engineering program by defining delivery standards, quality metrics, operating rhythms, and engagement processes. Tracks customer and engineering commitments, manages dependencies and capacity planning, surfaces risks, communicates with executives, improves cross-functional collaboration, and mentors junior technical program managers. The role supports enterprise customers and requires strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, software delivery, and metrics-driven program management.

Provides high-level administrative support to multiple executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, booking and troubleshooting domestic and international travel, handling confidential information, supporting executive onboarding, and organizing events and offsites. The role also provides backup administrative coverage, improves processes, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and serves as a resource for executives and new hires in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Collaborates on design systems and design engineering, guides AI tool usage, and translates technically complex systems into clear user experiences for developer and enterprise audiences.

Lead architecture and long-term technical direction for Docker Hardened Images (DHI). Define platform standards for image and Helm chart hardening, supply-chain posture (SBOM, SLSA, signing), and distribution. Drive cross-functional roadmaps, resolve ambiguous packaging/security problems, influence upstream OSS, mentor senior engineers, shape test and tooling strategy, and participate in on-call incident response.

Own sales operations for Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architect teams, including systems, reporting, KPI frameworks, capacity planning, routing, POC/POV tracking, data quality, forecasting, territories, and quotas. Partner with Business Systems and cross-functional teams to improve Salesforce, Gong, and Opine workflows, lead projects, document processes, and drive automation and adoption across the sales organization.

Own the vision, roadmap, revenue, and results for Docker’s core Sandbox platform. Engage developers and customers, define and prioritize features, guide cross-functional delivery, improve usability, and use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on products. The role focuses on AI agents, developer tools, software supply chains, secure sandbox orchestration, ecosystem growth, and long-term product strategy.

Own the vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and operations of Docker Sandboxes. Lead product strategy for secure, isolated environments used by developers and AI agents, translating complex infrastructure tradeoffs into simple experiences. Partner with engineering, design, security, operations, customers, and go-to-market teams to define priorities, deliver releases, measure outcomes, and scale reliable services. The role requires deep technical fluency in systems, developer infrastructure, containers, virtualization, security, and software execution environments.

Supports Docker’s Legal team with contract intake, routing, playbook-based review, approvals, signature coordination, outside counsel billing, legal technology administration, AI workflow testing, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering while maintaining legal systems, dashboards, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.

Leads Docker’s Partner Solution Engineering organization, developing technical teams and scalable enablement programs for ISVs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and VARs. Drives partner technical readiness, solution validation, joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, integrations, and revenue impact. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Alliances to influence roadmaps, support partner events, and establish measurable engagement and enablement processes.
