Drive platform enablement, measure outcomes (scalability, feature enablement, queryability), work with customers, and prepare the platform for AI-native use cases.

Lead and scale Vanta's Customer Success, Support, and build Professional Services from scratch. Own delivery execution, retention, services P&L, SLAs, CSAT, and partner enablement. Drive onboarding, implementation, service offerings, tooling, metrics, and cross-functional handoffs to improve time-to-value, quality, and services margin for enterprise and mid-market customers.
