Lead complex software projects and mentor engineers while building scalable full-stack products for Vanta’s expansion team. Develop purchasing, checkout, upgrade, renewal, billing, and trial experiences that support self-serve growth and revenue automation. Lead Vanta’s nine-person creative team through a global brand refresh and establish the final creative expression across campaigns, web, advertising, events, video, product launches, and other brand surfaces. Build creative systems and operating processes, mentor senior talent, partner cross-functionally, manage agencies, and shape the long-term structure and capabilities of the creative organization.

Build and scale Vanta’s global partner marketing programs across communications, community engagement, MDF management, and partner pipeline generation. Lead campaign packaging, co-marketing initiatives, budget allocation, lead attribution, ROI analysis, partner enablement, and reporting across multiple partner ecosystems. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, finance, systems, and regional partners to optimize investments and drive measurable revenue growth.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Vanta’s third-party risk management products, including vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, monitoring workflows, data models, and platform abstractions. Write tested code, participate in reviews and architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing functionality. Experience with TypeScript, React or Node.js, web applications, databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs is expected.

Leads, coaches, and develops Account Executives selling Vanta’s trust management platform to early-stage and small businesses. Drives new business growth, full-cycle sales, forecasting, pipeline management, playbook development, recruiting, onboarding, and sales process improvement. Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and scale the early-stage sales motion.

Own enterprise net-new customer acquisition and full-cycle sales, closing high-value B2B SaaS deals from prospecting through contract execution. Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, SDRs, and channel partners; engage C-level security and IT buyers; collaborate with legal, product, engineering, solution engineers, and GRC specialists; provide accurate forecasts; consistently achieve quota; and help refine the enterprise go-to-market playbook.

Own full-cycle engineering recruiting globally, partnering with senior engineering leaders on hiring strategy, assessment standards, sourcing, market intelligence, and offer closing. Use recruiting data to improve funnel health and hiring velocity, represent Vanta’s engineering talent brand, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The role requires deep familiarity with technical roles, strong stakeholder influence, analytical thinking, and responsible use of AI.

Own sourcing strategy and execution for niche, senior, and leadership engineering roles. Build technical talent pipelines through outreach, talent mapping, networking, and professional communities. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities, provide market intelligence, and improve hiring decisions. Use data and AI sourcing tools to optimize pipeline performance, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency while developing scalable sourcing practices.

Lead and grow Vanta’s App Primitives engineering team, overseeing hiring, team health, delivery, and senior engineer development. Own the strategy and roadmap for shared infrastructure including comments, notifications, event logs, feature flags, and task management. Set full-stack technical direction, define interfaces between platform and product teams, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to deliver scalable infrastructure.

Analyze complex financial and business data to guide planning, forecasting, investment decisions, and strategic growth. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and analytics teams; automate recurring workflows; build self-service dashboards and data assets; improve analytics infrastructure; and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
