Lead external communications for The Pearl by developing and executing earned and owned media strategies and integrated campaigns. Identify and tell compelling stories, create content (news releases, pitches, blogs, op-eds), cultivate media and influencer relationships, monitor media and reputation risks, produce executive summaries/reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise priorities and protect the Advocate Health brand.

Lead design, implementation, and support of complex IT solutions across a distributed healthcare environment. Gather requirements, produce technical designs, configure virtualization and integrated systems, troubleshoot infrastructure (AD/Exchange/M365, networking, storage, VOIP, videoconferencing), mentor staff, manage tasks/resources, perform capacity planning, coordinate vendor escalations, and provide off-hours/on-call support.

Lead and execute enterprise endpoint and infrastructure initiatives including M&A integrations and clinical tech. Drive change management, mentor IT analysts, create process maps, measure project benefits, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and system usability.

Design and implement Epic hospital billing and revenue cycle solutions. Gather business requirements, lead technical direction for projects, support claims/denials and cash posting/reconciliation, create process mappings, measure project outcomes, mentor IT staff, and coordinate with business stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Lead AI strategy for ERP and WFM solutions, evaluate and adopt AI technologies, oversee identification, testing, and implementation of AI initiatives, develop dashboards and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners, manage program operations and improvement projects, and serve as primary program contact for internal and external stakeholders.
