Independently manage a portfolio of complex property subrogation claims from assignment to resolution. Investigate losses, evaluate liability and damages, develop recovery strategies, prepare demand packages, negotiate settlements, support litigation/arbitration, collaborate with legal and SMEs, maintain accurate files, meet recovery/productivity targets, and mentor junior staff.
