Leads Commvault’s global Partner Sales Engineering and Solution Architect organization. The role oversees recruiting, development, technical sales strategy, partner solution development, go-to-market initiatives, proof-of-concepts, enablement, advisory councils, and executive engagement across GSIs, CSPs, MSPs, technology alliances, resellers, and distributors. The leader partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive integrations, revenue growth, technical thought leadership, and successful customer outcomes.

Leads strategic partnerships with major India-headquartered global systems integrators across the Americas. Owns executive relationships, joint business planning, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell motions, account mapping, enablement, and cross-functional alignment. Develops scalable go-to-market programs, regional champion networks, dashboards, and scorecards to increase partner contribution, solution adoption, and revenue attainment. Requires extensive GSI partnership experience, executive presence, and travel throughout the Americas.

Create technical solution briefs, reference architectures, demos, labs, and sales enablement for AWS workloads. Position Commvault and Clumio offerings, maintain AWS Marketplace/private-offer content, deliver enablement to AWS and partner teams, and translate product and AWS service launches into field-ready materials to support co-sell motions.

Drive sales in the Managed Service Provider market, develop customer relationships, collaborate with partners, and execute go-to-market plans to grow MSP revenue.

Create clear technical narratives and content (solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, presentations) that explain multi-platform solutions across cloud, AI, and cybersecurity. Own partner solution stories, align messaging across product, alliances, and field teams, enable sales and partners, support events and briefings, and translate architecture-level concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.

Create and maintain runnable, tested developer-facing documentation and example repos (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, SDKs, CLI) for AWS workloads; instrument docs for activation and trial conversion; collaborate with engineering, product, and growth to optimize onboarding and self-serve success.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll advise on resilient database architectures, support customer recovery-readiness, and mentor teams on database protection in cloud environments, while engaging with customers to ensure business continuity after cyber incidents.

Lead ServiceNow platform architecture and governance, define standards and CI/CD pipelines, design secure integrations with ERP/HR/security/data-protection systems, guide development partners, and drive automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration across ITSM/ITOM/SecOps modules.
