Sells reverse mortgage products through outbound prospecting, community outreach, referrals, presentations, and lead follow-up. Manages a territory, sales pipeline, marketing strategy, production goals, loan quality, customer service, and closing-related issues. The role requires regular work outside the office, reverse mortgage sales experience, originator training, public speaking, loan origination system experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Drives growth in reverse mortgage wholesale partnerships by developing new relationships, supporting account executives, tracking prospects and pipelines, meeting sales KPIs, coordinating with operations, analyzing market trends, creating presentations and action plans, attending industry events, resolving partner issues, and providing detailed performance reporting.

Manages the in-house mortgage processing team and oversees loan pipelines from submission through underwriting, document preparation, funding, and closing. Ensures timely processing, data integrity, regulatory compliance, quality standards, customer service, and efficient workflow distribution. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff; resolves operational issues; coordinates with underwriting and other departments; and improves processes and systems to support company growth.

Lead enterprise talent strategy and programs: drive performance management, talent reviews, succession and workforce planning, analyze HRIS data to provide insights, partner with HR teams and business leaders to improve organizational capability and accountability.

Prepare and close FHA reverse mortgage loans ensuring compliance with policies and RESPA/TILA, verify ReverseVision data and closing packages, obtain trailing documents, meet productivity targets (120 closings/month), and deliver high customer service while participating in team meetings.

Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable applications across the company. Work with structured and unstructured data, implement MLOps and containerized production deployments, monitor model performance, and ensure ethical, explainable AI. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions and produce technical documentation.

Lead and scale the Emerging Technology program, driving adoption of generative AI, ML, and data science across the company. Oversee program strategy, budget, vendor selection, compliance with SOX/FFIEC, metrics, and pilot governance. Advise senior leadership, deploy ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Azure ML), build data-driven products, and ensure secure, ethical, and enterprise-scale implementations.

Lead strategy and development of reverse mortgage products across digital platforms, enhance user experience, and drive innovation through agile methodologies.

Lead engineering strategy and delivery for customer-facing web and mobile platforms; drive AI-native transformation, increase conversion and speed-to-fund, raise engineering talent and velocity, ensure secure and compliant architectures, partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
