Develop and enhance ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions, workflows, CMDB relationships, catalog functionality, and enterprise integrations. Build automated reconciliation and asset-management processes using JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related platform tools. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams through design, Agile development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and support. Provide technical guidance while ensuring solutions meet architecture, governance, security, and operational standards in classified government environments.

Lead the architecture, development, security, integration, and deployment of enterprise ServiceNow solutions focused on GRC, IRM, audit, risk, compliance, and PPM. Design scoped applications, workflows, data models, access controls, migrations, workspaces, and integrations while maintaining upgrade compatibility. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, Agile delivery, testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and developer mentorship in classified government environments.

Tests ServiceNow applications and workflows through functional, regression, integration, and UAT activities. Develops test cases and scripts, performs manual and automated testing, validates enhancements and integrations, tracks defects, and retests fixes. Collaborates with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies, supports UAT coordination and release readiness, maintains testing documentation, and ensures results meet security, compliance, and project requirements.
