Partner with data engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and governance teams to maintain reliable, secure, auditable, and well-documented data analytics infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.

Markets services, prospecting through cold calls, qualifies and closes accounts, maintains client relationships, documents activity in a CRM, follows up on leads, and delivers strong customer communication and presentations. Design, develop, maintain, and support a large Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Build Apex, Aura, and LWC solutions; implement Data Cloud and AgentForce capabilities; maintain integrations and data flows; troubleshoot production issues; create reports and dashboards; recommend automation; participate in architecture, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews; and enforce scalable Salesforce development practices.
