Drives client retention, consultant relationships, service delivery, KPI performance, talent development, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements. Partners with business development, marketing, HR, and leadership to strengthen client loyalty, support new business, improve processes, and implement revenue-driving programs. Requires approximately 26%–50% travel for client and consultant meetings.

Build and own workforce capacity, forecasting, and scenario models that guide hiring, coverage, account assignments, and organizational design. Maintain executive-ready dashboards and real-time visibility into workforce supply, demand, hiring pipelines, utilization, attrition risks, and workload distribution. Partner with HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and business leaders to translate complex workforce data into actionable decisions and ensure consistent reporting and assumptions across systems.

Generates new business through targeted outreach, cross-selling, consultative sales, networking, and client relationship expansion. Leads business development planning, manages sales pipelines, identifies service opportunities, collaborates with marketing and industry leaders, tracks strategic objectives, and coaches sales and account management professionals. The role also provides market intelligence, strengthens organizational business development culture, and requires frequent travel across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
