Build and scale client-facing payment tokenization primitives on the VGS platform. Ship iterative, scalable features, set engineering standards, contribute architecture and roadmap, and work directly with customers, vendors, and partners to solve payment tokenization and credential orchestration problems.

Lead creation and ownership of Product Operations: build systems, cadences, and tooling to track product performance, planning, and launches. Partner cross-functionally to set targets, run reviews, define PM workflows, enable early access programs, automate workflows (including AI/agents), and improve product quality, reliability, and post-launch measurement across the company.

Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to drive retention, product adoption, revenue expansion, and advocacy. The Software Integration Engineer will develop migration services, enhance file processing products, and collaborate with teams to optimize high-throughput services on the VGS platform.

The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will architect and maintain scalable infrastructure, lead incident management, improve operational processes, and mentor junior engineers.
