Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Qualio’s largest and most complex opportunities, from discovery through close. Build strategic account plans, manage multi-threaded buying committees, exceed quota, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, customer success, legal, and security. The role focuses on selling into regulated life sciences and medtech organizations while helping establish the company’s enterprise go-to-market motion.

Lead and build an AI-first, full-funnel demand generation engine across net-new, expansion, and enterprise motions. Manage a demand gen team, design AI-native workflows, run structured experiments, own channel strategy and budget allocation, ensure clean pipeline attribution with RevOps, and partner with BDR, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive measurable pipeline impact.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts by upselling and cross-selling Qualio's SaaS platform. Own full sales cycle, build consultative presentations, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate cross-functionally, and develop account strategies to meet individual revenue quotas.

The Account Executive will drive growth through new customer acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, forecast sales performance, and work collaboratively to enhance customer experience.
