The Senior Director of Growth Strategy leads Wpromote's growth initiatives by developing integrated marketing strategies, managing pitch and RFP teams, and aligning media with client objectives while focusing on modern media and storytelling.

The role involves overseeing marketing measurement from campaign tracking to revenue, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across teams to maintain clean data flows and attribution integrity. It requires diagnosing measurement issues and establishing processes for reliable marketing analytics.

Serve as senior strategic lead across a portfolio of client accounts, designing full-funnel, multi-channel media strategies, aligning measurement frameworks (MTA, MMM, incrementality), guiding budget and audience strategy, leading executive client engagements, driving retention/revenue/profitability, mentoring teams, and partnering with analytics, creative, and business development to operationalize test-and-learn roadmaps and integrated execution.

Manage content strategy and execution for 2–5 clients, driving measurable outcomes across organic search, AI-powered search experiences, and integrated campaigns. Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Social, PR, Design, and Analytics to develop testing roadmaps, briefs, and performance-driven creative. Present insights to clients, optimize creative across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Programmatic), and improve efficiency through tools and automation. Occasional travel (1–3 times/year).

Lead development and execution of full-funnel paid social strategies for B2B clients, optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms, integrate with martech/analytics, support measurement tied to pipeline, assist in pitches, and produce client-facing performance recaps.

Design and implement data engineering and reporting solutions for MarTech/AdTech clients: build data models in BigQuery/dbt, manage ETL pipelines, create dashboards in Looker/Data Studio, validate integrations, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale reporting and analytics.

Individual contributor who defines and executes revenue enablement strategy, builds onboarding and continuous learning programs, develops sales methodologies and playbooks, partners with Revenue Operations and cross-functional leaders, measures enablement impact, and drives adoption and change to improve sales performance, retention, and client outcomes.
