Leads reverse mortgage processing operations, supervises and coaches processing staff, monitors performance metrics and service-level deadlines, resolves escalations, supports onboarding and training, ensures regulatory and company guideline compliance, and recommends process improvements while partnering with sales to maintain a strong customer experience.

Manages a team of 8–12 reverse mortgage loan officers, overseeing training, call reviews, hiring, lead conversion metrics, loan pipelines, coaching, motivation, and timely closings. The role supports growth of the HECM department and requires strong communication skills. Candidates should have reverse mortgage team-management experience or mortgage call-center management experience; experienced reverse mortgage loan officers may also be considered. The position is 100% remote with base pay and bonus potential.
