The Solution Engineer collaborates with account executives to execute technical sales, presents product demonstrations, and develops customized solutions for customer needs.

Lead technical onboarding for new customers, manage integrations and troubleshooting, translate technical requirements into value-driven artifacts and plans, drive product adoption, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and advocate customer needs into the product roadmap.

Provide end-to-end technical support and ownership of customer cases, drive product adoption, onboard and train customers, create knowledge base content, escalate issues to internal teams, and act as the technical advocate for customers.
