Recruits, coaches, and mentors sales staff while partnering with solution consulting, technical support, professional services, legal, marketing, and sales operations teams to achieve annual revenue goals.

Manages ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem across the Americas by developing partner business plans, improving partner capabilities, aligning investments, driving revenue growth, and overseeing governance. The role includes partner enablement, capacity planning, quarterly business reviews, pipeline management, remediation planning, reporting, executive alignment, customer implementation readiness, and joint marketing activities. Approximately 10% travel is required.
