The IBM Principal Specialist will drive new business for MongoDB by managing IBM's co-sell partnership, building relationships, and executing sales strategies across the Americas.

Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.
