Drive growth within MongoDB’s existing enterprise customer base by prospecting CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, landing new workloads, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes territory planning, stakeholder relationship development, pipeline management in Salesforce and Clari, and collaboration with cloud providers, GSIs, and sales partners.

Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.

The Director of ISV Partnerships will lead strategy and execution for MongoDB’s partner program, oversee a team, manage key relationships, and communicate with executive leadership to drive growth through ISV collaborations.
