Responsibilities include prospect qualification, contact-list development, CRM activity documentation, clean handoffs to the business development team, and collaboration on messaging and outreach strategy. The role also contributes insights on personas, objections, and conversion performance to improve the team's sales playbook.

Owns the full business development cycle for mid-market health system partnerships, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, closing, and launch. Builds relationships with care management, population health, and clinical operations leaders; develops account strategies; supports enterprise opportunities; and collaborates with Partner Success, Product, and Operations to ensure successful referrals and launches. Also mentors the BDR team.

Full-cycle sales role responsible for recruiting and onboarding therapists and psychiatrists to scale Headway’s provider network. Serve as first point of contact for prospective providers, drive lead generation and conversion, provide product/process feedback cross-functionally, and use data-driven experiments to optimize growth.
