Manages dealer relationships across an assigned territory to increase adoption of OnStar, connected services, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Cards. Coaches dealership leadership and sales and service teams through training, performance reviews, data-driven action plans, customer onboarding, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with GM field, sales, service, marketing, loyalty, and digital teams to support launches, resolve issues, improve customer engagement, and achieve performance goals. Requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, technology proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
