Manage North Carolina territory to drive new business and expand existing accounts for Halter's virtual fencing. Prospect, perform in-field sales, onboard customers, gather field feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, and meet aggressive sales targets while providing ongoing account management and support.

Lead and coach a regional field sales team of Territory Managers, driving regional revenue, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, recruiting, and localized execution. Spend majority of time in-field (~60% travel), support deal strategy, surface customer feedback, and align closely with commercial leadership to scale performance in a hardware+software agtech environment.
