The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will develop and execute event strategies to educate developers on Circle's Arc blockchain, manage logistics, and report analytics on event performance.

Lead the Growth Marketing organization, set strategy for institutional adoption and USDC usage, drive marketing programs, and build a global team.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Circle's payments products. Partner with product, BD, and marketing to validate markets, craft messaging, launch globally, drive competitive intelligence, and deliver data-driven insights to grow adoption.

Lead and scale a global product marketing team for Circle's digital assets and liquidity products. Define product vision, positioning, GTM strategy, competitive intelligence, and enablement to drive adoption and revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute launches, inform roadmap with data-driven insights, and mentor high-performing marketers.

Lead development of cross-pillar product marketing systems: messaging architecture, ICPs/personas, central PMM knowledge base (Coda), and go-to-market frameworks. Drive adoption, enable PMMs with playbooks and training, and ensure governance and alignment across product, sales, and partnerships to scale execution.

Lead partner-centric go-to-market and co-marketing campaigns for Arc Network partners. Develop GTM strategies, create partner marketing content and educational resources, consult partners on onchain marketing best practices, and measure campaign performance to drive developer and ecosystem growth.
