Lead negotiation and management of complex capital markets documentation (ISDA, CSA, credit and collateral agreements). Advise stakeholders on market trends and risks, improve templates and processes, coordinate with Legal/Credit/Risk/Operations, and provide subject-matter expertise to advance transactions and mitigate legal, credit, and operational risk.
