Lead regulatory engagement and compliance for multi-jurisdictional gaming operations. Manage regulatory reporting, respond to inquiries and audits, interpret requirements into operational guidance, support market/product launches, monitor developments, and drive process and control improvements while partnering cross-functionally.

Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.
