Support fixed income portfolio management for high-net-worth and institutional-style clients by assisting with security selection, research, risk management, portfolio construction, client servicing, and operational processes under senior team direction.

Lead management and underwriting of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans concentrated in multifamily affordable housing. Analyze and underwrite loan opportunities, conduct property and market due diligence, present to credit committee, manage relationship strategies, and oversee loan closings, draws, and portfolio reviews. Collaborate with internal teams, counsel, and clients while conducting site visits and monitoring portfolio performance.

Evaluate portfolio- and transaction-level credit risk for Wealth & Investment Management lending, using scenario and stress analysis. Aggregate data to identify vulnerabilities and concentrations, recommend structure and mitigants, review complex credit proposals, support underwriting and ongoing reviews of high-net-worth lending, and communicate risk insights to senior stakeholders to inform disciplined credit decisions.

Support WIM lending by performing portfolio- and transaction-level credit risk analysis using scenario and stress testing. Aggregate data, evaluate financials, liquidity, leverage, and collateral quality, and deliver risk-based structuring recommendations. Partner with stakeholders, contribute to underwriting and monitoring, and develop credit judgment toward future approval responsibilities.

Lead tax withholding and reporting for institutional investment operations, overseeing vendor and internal partnerships to ensure compliant withholding, reporting, and reimbursements. Implement and govern complex IRS regulations, drive technology and process improvements, resolve exceptions, support year-end reporting, and lead strategic initiatives across business, tax, and compliance stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of stabilized LIHTC/affordable housing investments as primary contact for sponsors and internal teams. Monitor asset performance, analyze financials and partnership documents, identify risks, recommend and execute remediation, review consent requests, oversee third-party vendors, and mentor junior staff while improving asset management processes and communicating risk to senior management.

Serve as primary servicing contact for asset-based and syndicated commercial loans, executing end-to-end life-of-loan activities including account maintenance, reconciliations, settlements, accruals, fee management, and participation settlements while partnering with RM, Legal, Risk, and Ops and supporting system enhancements and quality controls.

Manage high-level risk in Asset Servicing processes, leading a team, reconciling events, and communicating with various business units while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Manage strategic partner relationships in Wealth & Investment Management, identify process improvements, analyze business needs, and ensure high client satisfaction. Oversee project management and contract negotiations, while collaborating with senior leaders.

Support branch supervisory controls within Wealth & Investment Management by reviewing and analyzing controls for high-risk investment strategies, recommending process and technology improvements, gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, and consulting with advisors, managers, and business units to ensure compliance with firm, regulatory, and FINRA requirements.
