Partners with risk, operations, technology, and front-office teams to modernize controls, manage governance routines, implement reporting structures, and ensure transformation programs meet enterprise risk management standards.

Participate in a two-year rotational Internal Audit development program, performing audit assignments, documenting deliverables, analyzing risks and controls, and supporting governance activities. Work under experienced auditors while learning financial services, audit methodologies, and risk analysis. Collaborate with colleagues, complete training and group projects, and develop professional communication skills. Successful participants may be promoted to Auditor after program completion.

Supports Corporate Risk Finance through forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, expense management, headcount reporting, allocations, and risks-and-opportunities analysis. Develops leadership-ready financial packages, commentary, and presentations; translates organizational changes and business initiatives into financial context; investigates discrepancies; and partners across Finance, Corporate Risk, and business teams to support decisions and resolve issues.

Manages commercial banking loan portfolios by researching complex credit information, evaluating lending exposures, analyzing risk, and presenting recommendations. Identifies process improvements, supports medium-risk deliverables, collaborates with Credit, Risk, Relationship Management, Operations, and customers, and applies commercial credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk-rating methodologies. The role supports healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit lending and may involve cross-functional initiatives and short-deadline RFP evaluations.

Lead evaluation and resolution of complex commercial credit relationships, drive resolution strategies for challenged credits, partner across business lines, analyze multifactor credit issues, lead projects and mentor team members, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.
