Responsibilities include accounting operations, close cycle support, consolidation and flux analysis, SEC 10-Q and earnings support, footnote and MD&A drafting, attestations, and a final management presentation to senior accounting leaders.

Lead and manage Circle's KYC team overseeing B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and high-quality risk memos. Drive team development, implement AI-driven workflow improvements, and partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering while monitoring regulatory changes in the digital asset ecosystem.

Support Treasury Execution and Digital Operations by designing trading and custody workflows, conducting banking due diligence, analyzing capital impacts, leveraging AI tools for risk assessments and reporting, and documenting process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.

Lead Circle's global fraud risk program by defining strategy, frameworks, controls, and analytics. Oversee investigations, regulatory reporting, detection systems, KPIs, and cross-functional embedding of fraud risk management across products and jurisdictions.

Lead end-to-end KYC periodic reviews for higher-risk corporate customers, perform enhanced due diligence, document findings, escalate red flags, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor industry money laundering and fraud trends.

Lead operationalization of the model risk management framework: maintain policy, manage model inventory and classification, perform annual reviews and recertifications, identify and prioritize remediation for model deficiencies, represent model risk internally and externally, collaborate with risk/compliance teams, and ensure regulatory and industry best-practice adherence.

Lead investor relations activities supporting the VP and CFO: engage sell-side and buy-side, develop valuation models and investment narrative, prepare earnings and investor materials, build IR reporting infrastructure, liaise cross-functionally, and contribute to IR AI strategy while handling dynamic, ad-hoc demands.

Support global funding, capital, and liquidity management by building and maintaining forecasting models, delivering automated treasury reporting and dashboards, monitoring daily liquidity, drafting treasury policies, coordinating insurance, and preparing materials for governance and senior leadership.

Manage Circle's recurring regulatory reporting program: prepare, validate, and file regulatory submissions; maintain source-to-report data flows, controls, and documentation; perform reconciliations and variance analysis; coordinate cross-functional inputs; support exams, audits, and ad-hoc requests; monitor regulatory changes and implement reporting schema or system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Lead evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and partnerships. Drive deal sourcing, diligence, build-vs-buy analyses, integration planning, cross-functional coordination, and strategic insights on market and crypto trends using analytics and AI tools.
