Lead the fintech banking product compliance program for banking products (deposits, cards, payroll/prepaid, bill-pay, stored value). Identify and mitigate compliance risks, advise on product development, run compliance committees, support testing and issue management, maintain policies and partner/vendor oversight, and manage regulatory change and partner reporting.
