Owns end-to-end collections strategy for complex U.S. enterprise accounts, including payment commitments, disputes, forecasting, delinquency risk, and escalation. Partners with customer finance teams and internal Account Management, Billing, Revenue Accounting, and Order Management teams to resolve payment issues and improve cash outcomes. Maintains account risk visibility, contributes to reserve and write-off discussions, and improves collections processes through automation, reporting, and scalable workflow enhancements.

Own the end-to-end commissions forecasting process, including modeling, assumptions, submissions, variance analysis, and executive commentary. Support global sales compensation plan design, scenario modeling, governance, system implementation, documentation, enablement, reporting, and audit readiness. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Sales Operations, Finance, People, Legal, Payroll, and Technology to ensure accurate, scalable, and explainable compensation programs.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, headcount planning, and executive reporting for go-to-market functions. Partner with senior leaders to connect financial performance with operational metrics, improve data quality, build dashboards, automate workflows, and support investment decisions. Collaborate across Accounting, Data, Revenue Operations, People, and Corporate FP&A to improve planning accuracy and business decision-making.

Own Motive’s global financial products compliance program across AML/BSA, sanctions, KYC/KYB, PEP screening, transaction monitoring, lending compliance, audits, and regulatory relationships. Develop policies and controls, ensure operational effectiveness, manage bank and card network partners, monitor regulatory changes, support compliant product launches, and establish governance across multiple jurisdictions including the US, Canada, and UK/EU. Build the compliance function and advise leadership on compliance risk.
