The Accounting Manager will oversee global intercompany framework, manage month-end closes, ensure SOX compliance, and lead audit preparations

Lead accounting for M&A and investments across the transaction lifecycle: due diligence, purchase accounting (ASC 805), investment accounting (ASC 321/323), and consolidation (ASC 810). Maintain and evolve accounting policies, draft technical memos and SEC disclosures (10-Q/10-K), ensure SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally to support new products, integrations, and auditor interactions.

The Head of SOX and Internal Controls will design and enhance SOX business process controls, ensuring compliance and effectiveness while collaborating across departments.

Provide CFO-level FP&A partnership to multiple C-level leaders across People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance. Lead a team to build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that guide company-wide resource allocation and investments. Drive reporting, variance analysis, process improvements, and the vision for finance partnering, aligning budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning with executive priorities.

Serve as FP&A partner to Consumer leadership owning forecasting, budgeting, and driver-based financial models. Deliver monthly variance analysis, partner with Accounting, and translate financial insights into resource-allocation recommendations. Lead business-review presentations and conduct deep-dive analyses to find efficiency opportunities across Consumer operational spend.

The Staff Accountant will prepare financial entries, assist in financial presentations, collaborate across teams, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

Perform end-to-end financial crime compliance audits: scope, testing, workpapers, reporting, and remediation validation. Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Legal to identify control gaps, assess risk, recommend remediations, and verify closure. Use data analysis (SQL preferred) and maintain AML/sanctions regulatory knowledge. Manage multiple remote audit workstreams and stakeholder communication, applying responsible generative AI oversight where appropriate.

Lead end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll for salaried and hourly employees (including equity/RSUs); compile and validate payroll inputs; resolve payroll inquiries in Jira; reconcile timecards; partner with HR/Finance/Legal on employee changes; and identify automation and process improvements.

Serve institutional clients by delivering execution and liquidity solutions across spot and derivatives markets. Drive trading volume, build counterparty relationships, collaborate with Sales/Financing/Product teams, provide market commentary and real-time trade support, and inform product development. Role requires weekend availability and responsible use of generative AI.
