Defines data quality standards, resolves complex data issues, manages metadata and lineage, and partners with AI, engineering, product, governance, and business leaders. Supports CRM, servicing, case management, client insights, automation, intelligent routing, and self-service use cases while translating technical data concepts into business recommendations and leading cross-functional decision-making.

Supports risk analytics and reporting for Home Lending accounting and financial reporting teams. Responsibilities include validating forecasting and reporting models, reconciling data, maintaining governance documentation, troubleshooting SAS queries and production issues, supporting audits and controls, and partnering with business, finance, compliance, and technology stakeholders to improve reporting transparency and efficiency.
