The ideal leader brings a strong execution mindset, a competitive drive, and a proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations and partner ecosystems.

We’re looking for someone who can set a bold sales strategy, translate it into action, and inspire teams to consistently outperform - while building strong partnerships and creating a culture of accountability, speed, and winning.

You will set a high-performance, results-driven culture grounded in accountability, speed, and execution. With a relentless focus on profitable growth, channel productivity, conversion, sales quality, and customer experience, you will continuously optimize performance and identify new opportunities to expand Brightspeed’s reach and competitive position.
