Build and deliver scalable datasets, reports, and analytical solutions. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, create and validate datasets, develop SQL/Python pipelines and BigQuery models, produce dashboards and executive insights, resolve data quality issues, and support data warehouse migrations and cross-functional analytics initiatives.

Lead enterprise data governance by designing and scaling governance frameworks, stewardship, metadata management, and data quality programs. Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to enable governed self-service analytics, improve data trust and lineage, define KPIs, drive adoption, and report program outcomes to executives.

Drive fiber expansion by developing partnerships with developers, builders, property owners, and management groups. Manage full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deployment and occupancy readiness. Meet sales, contract, and unit goals while maintaining disciplined pipeline, CRM forecasting, and executive-level presentations.

Lead external PR and media relations to build Brightspeed's brand and reputation. Develop and execute communications strategies, manage agency partners, support executive visibility, coordinate crisis communications, draft press materials, align messaging across channels, monitor and analyze media coverage, and collaborate with internal teams to advance business priorities.

Sell Brightspeed products and services to public sector and mid-market customers via phone and web conference. Acquire new logos, qualify leads, manage opportunities and contracts, meet monthly goals, and provide excellent customer service to retain and grow accounts.

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: ingest and curate internal/external data, develop predictive and prescriptive models (including CV and NLP/LLMs), deploy and monitor production models, create dashboards and visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders to drive business performance and process optimization.
