The salary range for this position is:
• California: $176,500 - $220,500 base salary
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

What you will do:
- Ensure electronic products and accessories meet RoHS (2+3), REACH, WEEE, PFAS, and Conflict Minerals requirements
- Own Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and fee payment processes
- Analyze technical and legal documents and communicate clear, actionable compliance requirements to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to improve environmental performance and compliance processes
- Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to manage timelines for removing restricted substances from products
- Support the definition and execution of corrective actions
- Communicate with and influence external stakeholders and business leaders; escalate compliance issues as appropriate
- Coach and share knowledge with less experienced compliance team members
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing restricted substances regulations for electronic or Information Technology Equipment (ITE) devices
- Ability to analyze Bills of Materials and manage compliance data collection from suppliers for REACH, RoHS, and other global materials regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex, high-volume information
- Experience with RoHS in markets beyond the EU and US (e.g., China, Middle East, South Asia/Australia) is a plus
- Familiarity with Proposition 65, Conflict Minerals reporting, or WEEE regulations is a plus
