Join a team at the intersection of data, technology, and human insight. The People Analytics & AI team empowers leaders to make better decisions and shape the employee experience through data-driven storytelling and AI-enabled innovation.
What you will do:
  • Design and consult on AI-powered solutions using platforms such as MS Copilot and Studio, Glean Work AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Snowflake CoWork and Cortex to improve how HR teams access insights and make decisions
  • Build and prototype intelligent agents and workflows that help automate analytics, simplify data access, and improve user experience
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new AI and analytics tools to help define what's next in people analytics
  • Extract, transform, and model data from sources such as Dataflows, Power Query, or Snowflake to build the foundation for analytics and AI solutions
  • Develop visual stories and dashboards in Power BI that turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Collaborate across HR and analytics teams, connecting technical possibilities with business value

  • Actively enrolled full-time in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (2.7+ GPA).

  • Curiosity: A genuine interest in how AI and data can transform how organizations work.
  • Grit: Perseverance and passion for achieving goals and solving problems.
  • AI Agent & Automation: Exposure to or interest in AI tools that can support multi-step tasks, automate workflows, or improve how people access information (e.g., using Glean Computer Use, Microsoft Copilot Cowork, or similar automation/agent frameworks).
  • Coding for Analytics & AI: Foundational skills in Python and SQL for analysis, model prototyping, and efficient data handling.
  • Generative AI Application: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering using foundation LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to solve problems.
  • Data & Visualization: Proficiency with data preparation tools (e.g., Power Query, Dataflows, Snowflake and/or SQL) and skills in building actionable dashboards, preferably in Power BI.
  • Technical Agility: Ability to quickly learn new AI solutions, analytical tools, and technologies
