In This Role You Will
- • Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables within Treasury Technology.
- • Design, develop, test, debug, and support applications, data pipelines, and technical solutions.
- • Build and maintain distributed data processing solutions using Spark-based technologies.
- • Develop and support APIs and microservices using modern application frameworks.
- • Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to data processing, system performance, and production support.
- • Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
- • Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
- • Provide guidance and technical direction to less experienced engineers and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience developing distributed data processing solutions using PySpark or Apache Spark.
- 2+ years of experience developing applications using Angular and Java Spring Boot microservices.
- 1+ years of data migration experience within a large enterprise
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational database platforms.
- Experience developing and supporting ETL processes, data pipelines, and batch processing solutions.
- Experience with data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving data-related issues.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience collaborating with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead moderately complex technical initiatives and influence technical decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify scalable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC and adhere to Wells Fargo hybrid work policies
