About the Role:

Fetch is seeking a Senior Director of Play to lead our mobile gaming vertical within the New Markets (Expanded Core) division. You’ll be responsible for developing a sustainable growth engine that leverages mobile gaming to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.

As Senior Director of Play, you’ll report to the GM of Expanded Core and serve as a key member of the vertical leadership team. You will be empowered to lead end-to-end initiatives—everything from sourcing strategic partners and scaling integrations to informing product roadmaps and unlocking new revenue streams.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded operator with deep experience in the mobile gaming industry, proven success in partnerships or business leadership, and a track record of scaling new business lines in high-growth environments.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

  • Drive ongoing performance reviews with partners, uncovering opportunities to optimize engagement, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure internal teams are delivering against partner expectations, SLAs, and shared success metrics.
  • Establish best practices, reporting frameworks, and communication cadences that promote transparency and strong joint outcomes.

Product & Experience Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver gaming-driven user experiences that enhance the core Fetch app.
  • Drive initiatives that integrate gamification, rewards, or gameplay mechanics to increase daily engagement.

Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional squads to drive execution against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other departments to align roadmaps and operational plans with business priorities.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring the Play vertical meets targets and continuously improves.

Executive Representation & Influence

  • Act as a key advisor to the GM of Expanded and broader executive leadership, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Fetch externally in the gaming industry, building visibility and thought leadership among developers, platforms, and players.
  • Champion Fetch’s brand and gaming initiatives at industry events, roundtables, and partner engagements.
Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in general management, strategic partnerships, business development, or product strategy—preferably with direct experience in mobile gaming.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling new business units or verticals with full ownership of revenue and strategic outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem—familiar with monetization models, user behavior, performance marketing, and product experience.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen; able to build compelling business cases and negotiate complex deals.
  • Highly analytical, with experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Data teams to inform and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if experienced with SQL or analytics tools.
