As a Staff I Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key area of our product suite. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful solutions that meet market needs, align with our business objectives, and delight our users. You will be a champion for our customers, ensuring their voice is heard throughout the product development lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring value is continuously delivered and realized by our customers.
You'll Get To:
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned product area, aligning with overall company strategy and market opportunities in the evolving landscape of accounting and finance.• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet user, customer, and market needs• Translate customer insights and business requirements into detailed opportunity canvases, product requirements documents, epics, and user stories.• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI capabilities to better analyze and automate manual processes as well as interpret and inform our customers' decision-making.• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to prioritize, plan, and execute product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions that unlock future-ready finance capabilities. • Inform product launches and go-to-market activities, working with marketing, sales, customer success, implementations, and support teams to effectively communicate the value of our innovative solutions.• Define, analyze, and interpret product performance and usage metrics to inform product decisions and track adoption, with a focus on how our products are driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.• Gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to continuously improve its value and usability in supporting the needs of the modern CFO.• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting the positive business outcomes and values we aim to deliver.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field).• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering successful products for the office of the CFO.• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and best practices in the context of financial software.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving innovation in finance.• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value of future-ready finance solutions.• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies.• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving the needs of finance professionals.• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market trends and business objectives into a value-driven product strategy and roadmap• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Pendo, etc.) and various product methodologies
