As a Staff II Product Manager, you will work on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple product areas. You will provide thought leadership, drive alignment across teams, and influence the long-term product vision for our Consolidation & Financial Analytics product line. You will tackle complex challenges, identify strategic opportunities, and champion best practices to elevate our product management practice and ensure we are at the forefront of future-ready finance.
You'll Get To:
• Drive the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional product initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for this product line.• Identify strategic opportunities to expand our product offerings, enter new markets, and advance our competitive position.• Employ a customer-centric approach, leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and ensure we are building solutions that address their most critical needs.• Leverage data to identify new product opportunities, validate proposed solutions, and track the realization of business value.• Identify use cases for incorporating AI technologies that enable us to revolutionize the financial reporting and consolidations space.• Lead the definition and development of new product concepts, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to create solutions that meet the demands of future-ready finance.• Work closely with product leadership to define the long-term product vision and roadmap, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance, ensuring alignment of the product strategy to overall company objectives and the transformation of the office of the CFO.• Establish and promote product management best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization; mentor and coach product managers of all levels, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in delivering innovative solutions for accounting and finance.• Represent the product organization in key strategic discussions and initiatives, advocating for the development of AI-powered technologies that serve the needs of the modern CFO.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field)• 12+ years of experience as a Senior, Principal or Lead Product Manager in a SaaS company, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex, strategic initiatives for the office of the CFO.• Experience working directly on financial reporting or consolidation products is highly preferred, including a demonstrated understanding of the following:
o Knowledge of key accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and their application in consolidated financial statements.
o Experience with financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and adjustments.
o Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations (e.g., SEC reporting).
o Understanding of the role of technology in automating and streamlining the consolidation and reporting process.• Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices that contribute to transforming how we do product management more effectively and efficiently.• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies.• Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.• Proven ability to lead and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a complex organization to deliver innovative solutions.• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into innovative and cohesive product strategies and roadmap.• Experience with a wide range of product methodologies and product management tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Pendo, etc.• A passion for mentoring and coaching others, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing product organization that is at the forefront of innovation.

USD $201,000.00 - USD $252,000.00
