Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Consultant, HR Product Strategy & Engagement to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise product engagement experiences across Human Resources. This role will drive internal product showcases, innovation forums, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that increase visibility, adoption, and impact of HR products and services.

In this Role, You Will:
Lead Product Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of HR product engagement initiatives, including showcases, innovation forums, launch events, and awareness campaigns.
- Develop scalable frameworks and operating models that support program growth while delivering a high-quality participant experience.
- Manage event logistics, communications, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and execution activities.
- Apply a product mindset to identify opportunities to improve engagement, expand reach, increase adoption, and enhance overall program effectiveness.
- Establish success metrics and leverage data, feedback, and insights to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Product, Operations, Communications, and Leadership teams to align priorities and deliver impactful engagement experiences.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, influence decision-making, and provide strategic recommendations that support organizational objectives.
- Analyze engagement, participation, and satisfaction metrics to assess program effectiveness and organizational value.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations that demonstrate outcomes and support future planning.
- Lead structured working sessions across cross-functional teams, including dependency discussions, requirements clarification, and potentially solution design
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, driving clarity on scope, trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes
- Optimize intake processes and establish clear mechanisms for communicating product commitments, timelines, and dependencies
- Develop, execute and maintain operational frameworks, toolkits, and templates that standardize best practices across product teams
- Facilitate enablement sessions, knowledge sharing forums, and structured team experiences that drive adoption of consistent ways of working
- Improve feedback loops that capture stakeholder input and translate it into quicker, better aligned, more actionable improvements
- Drive consistency in operating rhythms across teams, ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and delivery
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience leading large-scale internal events, engagement programs, showcases, conferences, or organizational initiatives.
- Strong program management and event planning expertise, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, communications, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to grow programs by leveraging participant feedback, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Product mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and measuring outcomes.
- Experience analyzing engagement metrics, survey results, and participation data to drive decision-making.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience operating in highly matrixed environments with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Background in HR product management, HR product operations
- Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable strategies, plans, and measurable
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Hybrid work schedule; must be based in an approved location
